The unit features a gourmet kitchen, high-end mattresses, furniture and electronics. The unit comes with bikes and plenty of beach gear. Come enjoy one of the best units in the only luxury development in the area. Skip the hassle of a trip to the off-site management office with keyless entry.

Great condo!

Dave’s place is great. It was just as pictured- beautifully decorated, decently stocked with kitchen necessities and the beach toys/equipment were a huge plus for us! We hope to be back.

Great location - Great Views

We chose this location over staying on island. We have stayed on island previously. Great 3 bedroom condo right on Anna Maria Sound. Sunsets off the screened in porch. Pool and grills right out front of building. Easy parking. Condo complex is right next to Perico and Robinson Preserve which is an extensive multi use activity preserve. Bike, walk, kayak. Condo is an Easy 10-15 car back to Bradenton for a bigger selection of great restaurants and other activities, arts, theatre. All much more reasonable and better than anything on Ami. Sarasota is usually 30 minutes. For an even bigger selection. 4-5 live theatre and music halls. Condo has bikes. Easy walk or bike right over bridge to AMI and Manatee beach with live music and beach bar every day. Rent some electric bike s for your stay and buzz all over AMI on tbe paths and bike lanes whizzing by all the cars sitting in traffic . This condo is a great location with great views out the back right out your front door and everything with a short distance without any AMI traffic.
