Fantastic Stay in Paradise!

We had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful condo for several months this winter and it was amazing. The condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed and had everything we could have asked for. The views from the lanai overlooking the Gulf were truly amazing! We so enjoyed having our coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The Condo building has a wonderful beachfront pool, a fully functional exercise room and access to a beautiful beach. The best part of the stay was the hospitality and generosity of the owners, who were excellent to work with. We look forward to staying here again.

My wife and I purchased this beautiful condo with the intent of living in it. We are still working and traveling extensively with our business. So the condo sit vacant most of the of the year. We decided to try Vacation Rentals By Owners program and allow others to enjoy this property.

Why they chose this property

This property is very special in that it sits parallel to the Gulf of Mexico and is the closest condo building that is 8 stories tall with with 32 units (4 units per floor) less than 200 feet from waters edge and 600 feet from Dockers pass. Cover lanai with screens for good viewing of the Gulf and away from pests. We looked for a condo like this for 2 years. Finally we found this very special location with this well maintained building. So if you enjoy sitting on the beach where there is very little foot traffic, quiet and away from beach crowds and noise, you have found it.
