Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located Mount Coolum resort style holiday apartment. Well suited for families with its resort based amenities including swimming pool, gym/exercise room, outdoor BBQ's and outdoor dining area. It is the perfect base from which to enjoy a relaxing beachside break or alternatively explore the surrounding Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.
This terrific holiday apartment is located within the Nivarna Condotels Coolum Beach complex.
The property is nicely styled and fitted out and has a fully equipped kitchen which is integrated with dining, living, and a lounge space, private balcony and even a private plunge pool. All shared resort facilities are available to guests and include swimming pool, gym, outdoor BBQ's and outdoor dining.

* Strictly no Parties.
* Strictly no Smoking.
* While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.
