Families for seeking home away from home near the ocean
Renting our home to families looking to get away for holidays or for special events.
Our 8bd gigantic home is 11,200 square feet. It boasts cathedral ceilings, a giant kitchen (perfect for prepping large meals), a dinner table which sits up to 16 people, a pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard table, and movie theater. It is the perfect getaway vacation home.
We seek to rent to responsible families only. No parties. SMALL (intimate) weddings less than 30 ppl allowed.
Kids welcome!
We will be available 24/7 for any questions via phone or text
Private cul de sac with complete seclusion in the fenced back yard
Guests can access the entire home
The home is large. Large enough to host large 20+ person families comfortably for New Years, Christmas, or any special occasion.
C&J Buslines (to/from New York City and Boston) is just 10 minutes down the road. Ubers/Lyfts come right to door. 20 minutes to downdown Portsmouth. 10 minutes to Hampton beach
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. Pets allowed, but not allowed on furnishings or beds.
