Welcome to The Fleet – Your Coastal Getaway in the Heart of Hampton Beach!

Stay just one block from the ocean in this spacious and centrally located retreat, right in the heart of downtown Hampton Beach. You'll be steps away from the boardwalk, with easy access to sandy beaches, charming shops, scenic parks, delicious restaurants, and exciting local entertainment.

The Space:
This large, inviting home features:
• 7 bedrooms
• 9 beds
• 4.5 bathrooms (including one private en suite)
• 3 full kitchens – ideal for group meals
• 2 cozy three-season sun porches – perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation

Whether you're planning a family reunion, a multi-family vacation, or a group getaway, The Fleet comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house. There are 3 units in this house that all meet at the entry.

The Neighborhood:
The Fleet is located on a dead end quiet street. We are 500 feet from Ocean Blvd which is the main boardwalk for downtown Hampton. The ocean is also right across the street from us.

Getting Around:
The Fleet has three parking spots. The three spots are directly across the street from the house along the white fence. PARKING IS VERY TIGHT!! If you bring larger vehicles you may not have room to fit all three. The boardwalk and additional parking lots (paid) are within walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
We have another large home right down the road on the opposite side of Hampton Beach called "The Saltwater Shoal" which sleeps 20 if you need something bigger!

Our visit was great! We were a large group (10 people) and the VRBO fit us very comfortably. Loved being walking distance of the beach as well. Would definitely recommend this to any group looking to vacation in Hampton Beach.

Perfect! A Super clean apartments with lots of natural light. Well furnished and organized. Just steps from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The hosts were awesome to work with, and communication was always clear and accurate. The half bathroom is a bit small and parking is tight, but these are small issues compared to how wonderful the rest of the apartments and the location are. Each apartment has comfortable couches and chairs for lounging. The dayrooms are a great feature and provide extra sleeping space for larger parties. The kitchens are super modern and all appliances work well. I would definitely stay here again!

Family & Friends Getaway

This house exceeded my expectations. Each unit is beautifully decorated and well stocked. There was plenty of space for our large group of 14. We traveled with 5 kids under 10 years old and having a location close to the beach, the boardwalk, and other local attractions was so helpful. We had a minor mishap during our trip and the owners were so wonderful and got the issue resolved within an hour. I felt very safe knowing that I could call or message them at any time if there was an issue. We will miss the beautiful sunrises and sunsets but loved all the wonderful memories we all made with each other during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Well equipped property close to the beach!

We rented all 3 units taking over the whole house - this was perfect for our group of 11 girlfriends. Each unit was well equipped with kitchen supplies, linens, and even beach supplies (towels, chairs, wagon, umbrella, kids toys!). The property was clean and well cared for. The location was a half block from Hampton Beach, close to bars/restaurants/shops in Hampton, and just 20 minutes drive if you want to check out the charming town of Newburyport. As a VRBO host myself, I appreciated Leslie's quick and clear communication. I would definitely recommend any of the units for a single family, or take the whole house for a big group or multiple families! All of the girls in our group loved our stay! Thank you!

Thank you for your review Jean. I wanted to address your parking concerns. We make it very clear in our listing that this space only has 3 parking spots. Not only do we share it only has 3 spots but we also tell our guests those three spots are very tight so parking larger vehicles can be tricky. If this is an issue for our guests, we encourage them to see if an alternate Airbnb would be a better fit for them. These three spots are 1 spot for each apartment. We are actually quite excited we have three spots to even offer as many Airbnbs in Hampton offer no parking at all or if they do, it’s an additional fee. We also share with you there is a free parking option 6 minutes up the road which I see you decided not to use. The paid parking in Hampton gets quite expensive which is why we also share the free option.
