Free standing single family home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Two master suites with granite and tile showers and upgraded amenities. Wolf kitchen appliances and an open kitchen to accommodate large groups. The unit has a private sunbathing balcony and sleeps up to 11 people. Located in the spectacular Sea Colony West close to state of the art tennis facility and close proximity to the beach. There are over 30 tennis courts, 14 pools and a beautiful private beach for residents.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it was an amazing experience! The house was spotless and the perfect space for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 pre-teens. Wonderful stay in a lovely home.

Sea Colony is a favorite vacation spot for our family. We enjoyed our days playing tennis, hanging out on the beach and lounging at the pool. Even on rainy days, there was plenty to do indoors at the house and at nearby indoor courts and fitness center. Would love to come back.

Perfect Summer Vacation

We had the absolute best week at Sea Colony! The house, location and communication was perfect. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and couldn't have asked for a better set up. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and and the best bonus was 2 washer and dryers. Scott was super helpful and responsive leading up to and during our trip. Relaxing Getaway

The property was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were nicely furnished. The little Sun room ended up being the sought after room to have some cozy quiet time to read. Kitchen was supplied with everything needed to have enjoyable meals. The dishwasher was a little wobbly and was not used during stay. All in all a 5 star. Would recommend it to friends.

House was clean and as described in listing. Super great location in the heart of SC but felt secluded in nice quiet area. Kitchen mostly well equipped but not large. Unable to use garages for extra vehicles but no problem parking three cars in driveway. Maybe bring a power strip if you have a lot of devices. Overall a great house!

Scott's house was one of the most well-equipped houses we've ever stayed in for vacation! It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The Sea Colony really has everything you'd want or need within walking/biking distance - beach access (tram is an easy 10 min ride), splash pad (10 min walk), pools (closest is about a 4 min walk), playground, tennis courts (8 min walk), etc. All of the beds were comfortable which is so rare!

Wonderful vacation spot!!

We had such a lovely time vacationing at this home. The owner was very responsive to a few inquiries and pleasant to work with! The home is spacious and nicely updated. We loved hanging out on the large sectional as a family and also the back patio was really nice. Bathrooms in each room also made for ease with a large family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and the proximity to the tram was awesome! We hope to be back. Thanks for sharing your home!

Comfortable, clean and modern home in a quiet corner of a great community. Especially nice kitchen very well equipped. We parked out car and relied on bicycles nearly the whole stay. Wonderful house

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. The house is clean, quiet, and spacious. It's great for the summer season as it is close to the beach and many outdoor pools. The host is very responsive, and quickly replied to any questions we had.
