Family Friendly Lakeview Upper Vista in Sea Colony West

Lakeviews from almost every window and screened in porch of this family friendly condo. You will enjoy this meticulously maintained 4 bedroom (Master, guest, den, and loft) and three full bathrooms unit. Our condo is a sunny and beautifully decorated upper level vista in a quiet and private setting.

We have continually made improvements to the home since purchasing it. The past winter (2024) it was freshly painted and we had new carpeting installed upstairs. We have new cushions in our outdoor seating. The condo has recent renovations including the kitchen with new cabinets and quartz countertops.

There are 4 flat screen TV's; 3 in the bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there are three on the screened in porch. FREE wireless internet. The unit has an extensive library of books, movies and games for the family.

We strive to hire the best cleaning professional in Bethany, just read our reviews. You need to bring your own sheets, towels and paper products or arrange to rent them from a service. Each tenant (age 4 and over) will have to purchase a recreation badge for $55 for the week. This gives you access to all the Sea Colony amenities and includes the 2 required parking passes. We do not allow pets or indoor smoking! Check in time is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Our unit rents Sunday to Sunday, 7 day minimum for the summer season. Avoid the Saturday traffic! Our condo comfortably sleeps 10 people.

Sea Colony has their own private 1/2 miles beach and a shuttle service that will take you there. Enjoy the 34 tennis courts, a fitness center, 12 pools, children's activities and numerous other amenities during your vacation.

My family has been vacationing at Sea colony for over 17 years. This condo was by far the most beautiful property we have stayed at in Sea Colony. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be staying here again! If I could give it more than 10 stars I would!

The property is beautiful & very comfortable. Lots of space and many extras. It’s a perfect place for friends or family to gather. The amenities of the community & views of the lake are very special. We loved it!

This property was clean, well appointed and well located. The layout of the unit was great with the master bedroom away from the action (teenagers). The kitchen fully equipped and large enough to cook breakfast for 8 with no issues. Cozy screened porch. The neighborhood was peaceful and very quiet.We will rent this property again.

Immaculate, high quality condo

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this condo. It was VERY clean, a thoroughly stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous aesthetic, and high quality finishes. The location is quiet and a five minute bike ride to the beach, or just a few steps from tram stop 21. The owner was easily reached for questions and very friendly. We are booking again for next year right away! Thank you for a wonderful week.

Outstanding property in Sea Colony

We have visited Sea Colony numerous times and this is the best property hands down! It is equipped with everything a cook could need and more. You will find beach accessories, toys and games, even soothing sleep machines in the bedrooms. The decor makes you feel at home. Most important of all, this updated unit is clean and well maintained.

Absolutely Wonderful!!

Our beach vacation was amazing...it all started with dealing with Lauren and walking through the door of her beautiful condo. The location is perfect and morning coffee on the screened in porch, overlooking the lake, was a wonderful way to start each and every day. Our children (14,11,5) loved the amenities in this vacation home and enjoyed the easy and short shuttle ride to the beach. Evenings in Bethany or our short drive to Rehoboth topped off our activities...when we return to Bethany Beach, we will rent this beautiful home again...thank you, Lauren!!

Beautiful and Well Appointed Unit

Our extended family and friends had a great stay at this Sea Colony residence. The owner/host Lauren was great to communicate with in preparation for our stay and the property lived up to its billing in all regards. The entire unit is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. The furniture in the bedrooms and living areas was of the quality one would choose for one's own home rather than any inexpensive furnishings because it is a rental unit. We especially appreciated how well outfitted the kitchen was with cooking necessities and plenty of dishware and utensils which was very helpful for us cooking in many meals for our large group. We also greatly enjoyed being located a short walk from one of the large outdoor pools/hot tubs, as well as from the fitness center which has a large indoor pool. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay at Lauren's unit and will definitely look to return there for future visits to Bethany Beach!

Yearly Family Gathering

The property is very well kept. The kitchen has been updated and remodeled. The rooms are beautifully decorated and freshly painted. The only minor drawback is the master shower could use a bit of fresh ink up. The stall is showing it’s age which definitely does not reflect the same look and feel with rest of the place. Beautiful Condo!

We had the time of our lives staying at this condo! This condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and we felt right at home staying here. We loved the bike/hike trail along the resort and loved how it was lit up at night with lanterns! Our two year old loved going to the dock that is a short walk from the condo to feed the fish and turtles. The condo is just a short drive/bike ride/ tram ride to the beautiful, well-kept beach. We loved our vacation spent at this location and can’t wait to come back!

Everything was exceptional!

Great family beach vacation

Beautiful, clean and spacious condo with many amenities offered through Sea Colony including kids club and kids night out. Nice tram to the beach, plenty of pools to play and swim. Location is also close to the boardwalks of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD. Would definitely recommend to others.

This is a fantastic home with a family friendly set up. Great open space for preparing meals while still being able to engage with the family. Warm, relaxing and lovely decore. Walking distance to Tram pick up for the beach. A special week and memories for us and our grandchildren!

One of the Best in Sea Colony

We have rented in sea colony for the past 8 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. The condo is very clean and very comfortable. The location is quiet and overlooks one of the Sea Colony ponds. There are a lot of decorations that make the house feel very "beachy." We love staying on the "garden" side of sea colony. It is a wonderful community and great vacation spot. We appreciated the owners attention to detail, availability, and professionalism.

My family of five just spent a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. The unit was clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished, and had everything we needed. I was concerned that it might be too far from the ocean, but the setting was peaceful and accessible to everything we needed. We would definitely rent this unit again.
