Just a short walk to Pine Knot Village for dining, shopping, and entertainment, this beautifully updated guest house offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Ideal for families, enjoy a quiet setting while still being close to everything Big Bear has to offer. (Note: The main house on the property may also be occupied.)

This cozy 1,368+ sq ft home features a welcoming living room with a smart TV, ceiling fan, dining table, and comfortable seating. The beautiful brick wood-burning fireplace creates a warm and inviting space for relaxing evenings.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed for meal preparation, including:

- Double-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser
- Dishwasher
- Microwave

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.
