About this property

Walk 2 Downtown, Charming Historic, Upgraded Bungalow 2BR+Bonus Room, Walk to The Village Shops & Restaurants

Your family will love how close everything is from this centrally-located, BUNGALOW-STYLE CABIN GETAWAY. New appliances, kitchen countertops, cozy fireplace for an "On-the-Rocks" cocktail or glass of wine.

Located steps from The Village & Big Bear Lake, this cabin is close to everything Big Bear - Summit, Bear Mountain, trails, slopes, marinas, ski, board, hike!

Cabin is nestled amongst pines and tucked away on a quiet lot. Enjoy serenity!

Free, 2 or 3-car driveway (off-street parking only)

We are always available for any questions about the cabin or needs in the Big Bear Lake area - don't hesitate to call or text for help.

Cabin is walking distance to The Village, and the FREE BIG BEAR TROLLEY shuttle stop.

Free, off-street, driveway parking for 2 cars only.

City of Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking.

Vehicles parked on the street blocking neighbors or snowplows, may be cited and/or towed at vehicle owner's expense.

Winter precautions are always in place - you must carry chains from November 1 - April 1. Snow creates limited and "tight" driveway parking - a four-wheel drive vehicle with higher clearance is preferred. Regular vehicles may be challenged by winter icy road or driveway conditions, that is why chains are required. Caltrans and CHP will enforce chain requirements.

This is a single-level cabin. You and your guests will fall in love with this piece of Big Bear history.

Enter the Bungalow Hideaway's door - kick off your shoes, plop down on the couch and veg-out in front of the fireplace and Smart TV.

Well-equipped, newly remodeled full kitchen, granite countertops, new appliances, kitchen table, wall-mounted smart TV's, WIFI internet and mesh network. Enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee (K-cup style). In the cabin, there are two coffee makers - drip coffee brewer so you can provide your own blend and brew an entire pot of coffee, and the quick one-cup-at-a-time Keurig K-cup coffee maker.

One private bedroom is complete with a cozy queen bed, flat screen TV, full-length mirror, and wall-mounted heating options. Newly remodeled bathroom is adjacent with bathtub, shower, bath towels, shampoo and soap.

Second bedroom is complete with a queen bed, wall-mounted heating options. Same as above, newly remodeled bathroom is adjacent with bathtub, shower, bath towels, shampoo and soap.

Third, bonus flex room! Our bonus room is complete with futon, flat screen TV, and wall-mounted heating options. This flex, bonus room has it's own entrance and can sleep an extra person or two; used as a mud-room; used as a getaway office or getaway for quiet time; this extra, bonus room is adjacent to the kitchen.

Outdoor patio area is located in a private courtyard setting. Perfect for year-round hangouts!

Gas BBQ grill, propane is provided (no charcoal allowed).

Stackable washer and dryer provided (bring your own laundry soap).

Free Spectrum High Speed internet, WIFI, and eero-mesh network throughout cabin.

The cabin's location is perfect. Take a walk to The Village shops and restaurants, or to beautiful lakeside and Meadow Park for a sunset or take your morning coffee on a stroll.
