Stunning Ocean Views from Fifth-Floor Condo with Pool & Off-Street Parking!
Fifth floor condo with terrific ocean view on the northern end of the boardwalk at One Virginia Avenue. Amenities include off street parking, community pool, laundry and an elevator building. Great location and spectacular view.

Living Area: 1 Queen Sofa Bed
Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
