Beachside New Home with Private Heated Pool, 3 En-Suite Bedrooms & Walk to Town
Beautifully appointed new home with Private Pool located just two blocks to the beach and boardwalk and an easy walk to everything in town. Amenities include 3 ensuite bedrooms including a 1st floor primary bedroom, spacious open living area, relaxing screened porch and off street parking!
Pool will be open around Mothers Day and close the 1st week in October in 2024.
Pool openings are not guaranteed in the off season, please confirm with your agent.
Bedroom 1: 1 King W/ 3/4 Bath
Bedroom 2: 2 Twins (top)/2 Queens Bunks
Bedroom 3: 1 King
Bedroom 4: 1 King W/full Bath
Bedroom 5: 1 King W/full Bath
Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
