Beautifully landscaped back yard with pool, large outdoor seating/dining area and gas grill. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, laundry area. Escape to the 3rd floor living area that also can be used as 6th bedroom.
Currently rented separately is a garage apartment (VRBO listing # 3560816) it was completely renovated in 2023 and consists of 2 queen bedrooms, full bath and open floor plan living room and kitchen with large island. Additional garden seating area with gas grill.
There is off street parking for 3 cars and 1 City of Rehoboth parking pass
