This newly renovated family-friendly top-floor condo offers beautiful views of both the ocean and bay and is the perfect retreat for beach lovers. The kitchen is stocked for light cooking and hosts an eat-in kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops and a beautiful, reclaimed wood island. Amenities include 2 window air conditioning units, dishwasher, microwave, shared washer/dryer on ground level, smart TV, WiFi and 2 outside showers. Features include a bright and beachy décor with hard wood floors throughout, all new furniture, an open floor plan, and a spacious deck. Enjoy sea breezes and your morning coffee with friends and family sitting on the front deck! Conveniently located within short walking distance from Matt’s Fish Camp Restaurant, less than 4 miles north of the town and boardwalk in Bethany Beach and 5 miles south of Dewey Beach. This beach getaway is perfect for your weekend retreat or week-long vacation by the sea!

The condo and location were great. The condo was updated and had everything we needed, and it was close to the beach. My only suggestion would be not to plan to make any big meals, as the kitchen has just the basics. Also, you have to go pick up the kids on the southern side of Bethany, which is a pain - a digital keypad would have been great.

Long weekend getaway

Our party of 3 adults had a great stay. We loved the proximity to the beach. The space worked well for us and met our expectations based on the listing. The kitchen seemed to have the basics, though we didn't cook beyond making snacks for the beach. Lots of great restaurants not too far away.

Perfection! This was the perfect place to stay! The location was only steps from the ocean. You could see the ocean and the bay from the deck. The condo was located in a vintage building. The condo was expertly designed. Every detail was perfect!The condo itself is beautifully decorated with a coastal-chic vibe that instantly puts you in vacation mode. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, with all the comforts of home – plus a few extra luxuries like a beautifully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a balcony that felt like our own private slice of paradise. I can't say enough good things about this beach condo – it was absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the attention to detail in every corner of the space. If you're looking for the perfect beach getaway, this is it. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our return trip. Highly recommend! We will be booking here again. It was a magical stay. It is exactly as pictured.

A lovely cozy retreat! You can see the sunrise over the ocean from the deck (it is somewhat unobstructed) and watch the sunrise off the bay . Enjoyed the private beach being just steps away , Matt’s Fish Camp also steps away and Bethany Beach center a few miles away. Tower Shores is a friendly private community will definitely rent this again !
