Hillsview Cottage by Tiny Away is located in the town of Taradale, just a 1-hour and 10-minute drive from Melbourne. Perched atop a hill, this tiny home offers breathtaking views of rolling hills, the original farmhouse, a dam, and striking granite outcrops—perfect for a refreshing countryside retreat.
Explore nearby attractions such as Castlemaine Botanical Gardens, Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve, Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens, Hanging Rock, and the Cascade waterfalls.
A cozy 157-square-foot tiny home with a lofted queen-sized bed, easy access to water, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This property features a loft-style sleeping area with a ladder. By booking this property, the host is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from the use of the ladder.
Additionally, the tiny home runs on solar power. To conserve energy, we provide battery-operated lights and candles. High-power devices (e.g., hairdryers) are not supported.

- Guests will have access to the tiny home and surrounding areas, except the old farmhouse cottage, as the floors are unstable and the roof is not secure.
