Holiday home in Les Sables d'Olonnes

We had a nice stay in the holiday home. It was located in a quit side-street. All modern equipment was present. Good bed also. And a small nice garden . Also a small garage was present so we could park our E-bikes inside the house. Top to rent 👍👍👍

We recently stayed at Nuestro Techo in the Vendée and overall found it to be a good house with plenty of potential. The property offers a nice garden, lots of space throughout, and spacious bedrooms. It is also well located for exploring the area, and the gentleman who welcomed us was both lovely and very helpful.That said, there were several downsides to our stay. Parking was a real challenge — the driveway is only suitable for a very small car, and the neighbours appeared to block on-street spaces by moving bins. The property behind the garden is currently under construction, so mornings were often disturbed by noise, and dogs across the street barked for long periods during the day.Inside, a number of maintenance issues stood out: the flooring in one double room was peeling, the bed in the single room was unstable and squeaky with an extremely hard mattress, and there were cobwebs on windows and dirt on the floor on arrival. The sofa was also stained and poorly assembled.Communication with the host was unfortunately quite frustrating. Messages via the Vrbo app often took days to receive a reply, and when we had a problem with a faulty fire alarm, it took hours to get assistance. Most concerning was that less than 72 hours before check-in we were informed that a 750 cheque was required as a deposit to receive the keys. As we do not use cheques, we were then asked for 350 in cash on arrival — something never mentioned in the listing or booking process.

Parfaitement à la hauteur de nos attentes. La maison est impeccable, propre, bien décorée et super équipée. C’est simple, rien ne manque. Quartier ultra calme et proche des commerces et de la plage. Oui on peut tout faire facilement à pied ou prendre le petit bus à proximité. L’accueil de la famille est chaleureux. La ville est agréable: plage, vélo, shopping, restos. Séjour au calme et proche de la mer

Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend von Les Sables-d'Olonne. Bäckereinen und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen, so auch der Strand. Wir haben uns bei unserer Ankunft sofort wohlgefühlt und fanden das sehr schön eingerichtete Haus und den kleinen Gartenbereich sehr sauber vor. Im Ferienhaus selber findet man alles (!) was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Wir können das schöne Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns auch für den freundlichen und reibungslosen Kontakt bei der An- und Abreise.

Une semaine en famille au top aux sables d’olonne

Séjour d’une semaine dans cette location au top (famille de 5 personnes) Maison charmante, fonctionnelle bien équipée. Maison légèrement reculée du centre mais en contrepartie terrasse et petit jardin fort appréciable pour profiter du soleil. Quartier tranquille ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!

Location parfaite pour un séjour aux Sable d'Olonne

Location très propre à notre arrivée. Très bien équipée et le logement est confortable, lumineux. Rien ne manque, la cuisine est fonctionnelle. La décoration est soignée. La maison est située dans une petite rue calme, proche de tout commerce et de la plage. Nous ne sommes pas obligés de prendre la voiture. Parfait pour un couple avec des enfants. La propriétaire, Laurene, qui est très sympathique, était présente à notre arrivée pour tout expliquer. Si nous le pouvons, nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation. Même la météo était parfaite.

Sables 2022

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und nach anfänglichen Regenschauern noch sehr sehr schönes Wetter. Das Haus von Laurène ist eindeutig eine 6 von 5, sehr sehr gut ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was das Herz begehrt. Es ist ruhig gelegen, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und mit einer boulangerie um die Ecke. Wirklich ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus. Vielen Dank an Laurène :-).

Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour parfait aux Sables

La maison, en plus d'être spacieuse et joliment décorée, est très bien équipée, notamment côté cuisine. Placée dans une rue où il est facile de se garer (aux Sables, c'est un luxe), l'accès au remblai et la plage se fait facilement avec des trottoirs larges (super pour la poussette) ou piste cyclable. Au calme mais proche de tout, nous n'avons pas eu à prendre la voiture de notre séjour. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour des moments conviviaux. L'hôte est réactive, rigoureuse et soucieuse de notre confort.
