Very pleasant charming house surrounded by a large garden with trees, close to the marina, the beaches and 10 minutes' walk from the town center, comprising:
an equipped living room (TV, DVD player, DVD available),
an open kitchen fully equipped and furnished (induction hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, fan oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine),
two bedrooms: 160 cm X 200 cm bed (high-end bedding) with wardrobe for each,
a bathroom,
an independent wc,
a garage with washing machine.
Garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and deckchairs.
Large plot around (1500 m2) fully enclosed,
Baby equipment available on request.
Ideal house for family with children.
Our friends the animals are welcome.
House equipped with WiFi.

Very relaxing house in a fabulous location

My stayed in this charming french house, great indoor and outdoor space. Location is literally yards from the Port and 5 minutes away from the main village. The communication with the owner was the best I've ever had, really helpful when needed.

Autumn in Jard

We had a great time in this property which is close to the marina and restaurants. It is well equiped, comfortable and has a good range of options available on the TV. The resort was quiet during our stay with some restaurants closing for the season as we left. Overall a great location to see the area. We have already booked to return next year.

Cette maison chaleureuse nous a beaucoup plu. A 100 mètres du port et des restaurants, elle est idéalement située. Le jardin est grand et un peu sauvage, on peut se garer dedans, parfait pour des vacances !

Ein wunderschönes Haus in der Nähe des Meers. Gute Anbindung zum Dorf mit seinen Läden. Ein toller, etwas wilder Garten, in dem sich unsere Hunde verweilen und wir mit ihnen auch trainieren konnten. Antoine ist sehr nett, gut erreichbar, es hat alles geklappt. Merci pour le gateau.

Sehr schöner "Rudelurlaub" im Vendeè

Antonine war eine sehr nette Vermieterin! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und persönlich. Sie stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Unser Rudel (6 Hunde) und wir haben uns in Haus und Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Naturgarten gab es für sie immer etwas zu entdecken. Der Weg zum Strand/Meer war kurz und konnte das Rudel sich austoben.Das Haus war gut eingerichtet und sehr saber. Insgesamt war es ein schöner, entspannter und ruhiger Urlaub! Nochmals vielen Dank!

Sehr geschmackvoll gestaltetes Ferienhaus mit großem umzäunten Garten in bester Ausgangdlage für schöne Touren oder auch für einen Strandbesuch. Besonders zuvorkommend ist die Gastgeberin Antoine! Es hat total Spaß gemacht!

Maison Jard sur mer

Maison propre, au calme, très bien équipée et proche de tout. C'est vraiment génial, la plage, les restaurants, les glaciers...sont à 2 pas. Il y a pleins de choses à faire dans les environs notamment pour les enfants. La gérante est également très sympathique ! Bref un super séjour avec le beau temps en prime!

Perfektes Ferienhaus!

Unser Aufenthalt war absolut perfekt. Das Ferienhaus ist in wirklich jeder Beziehung wärmstens zu empfehlen! Absolut geschmackvoll innen und aussen mit einem wunderschönen hundegeeigneten grossen Garten. Das Haus liegt 30m vom „port de plaisance“ und einem hübschen Strand entfernt. Ausserdem ist in der anderen Richtung ein hübscher Wald, perfekt für Hundebesitzer. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.
