This bespoke residence is a sanctuary of style and comfort, featuring a private swimming pool, a spa pool under the stars, and an expansive outdoor entertaining area designed for unforgettable gatherings.

From morning strolls to the iconic Saturday Farmers Market to evenings spent sipping wine by the pool, everything about this villa invites relaxation and indulgence. Just moments from your doorstep, you’ll discover Matakana’s finest: charming cafés, boutique cinemas, acclaimed restaurants, the village brewery, and the beloved Matakana Pub.

This villa has been thoughtfully furnished in line with our signature Matakana Luxury style. We`re pet-friendly and the property is fully fenced, but please note the gate is yet to be installed. It`s on our list of planned improvements, and we appreciate your understanding in the meantime.

Perfect for families, bridal parties, girls` getaways, or special celebrations, this villa is a refined backdrop for making lasting memories in true luxury.

Featuring four beautifully appointed bedrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to nine guests.

Superb! Roomy, exquisitely decorated and appointed. Spa was superb for the evening. Kitchen was fantastic. Sheets were soft as silk. We stayed with three kids from 18-11 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Very highly recommended.

We loved our stay but noticed 2 small things, The tap for the kitchen sink was very wobbly and we couldnt find any cloths to wipe the bench down with.Apart from those 2 things everything was awesome!!

Great house with everything you need for a great holiday. New house with quality furnishings, beds and linens as you’d want for this price point. Walking distance all the great facilities that Matakana has to offer. Wish our stay had been longer. *Take your own wonderboom as no speaker for music provided.

Kitchen was adequate, no instructions for equipment. Had to get cleaners back to clean properly, remotes missing for fans in bedrooms, spa pool cover lifter broken and pool had a tidemark, swimming pool not clean, and pool area not swept, struts not in place under bunk beds mattress, under beds have not been hoovered and washing line broken. No gate from the garden to the car parking or door to the pool chemicals storage. We didn’t let it ruin our holiday and with a bit more maintenance it would be a lovely place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a great place for families and we appreciated that it was pet-friendly too. Wonderful location being able to stroll to cafes and the market but it also has a lovely private outdoor area with the heated pool and spa. The outdoor fireplace was a nice touch and the kids toasted marshmallows. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
