Escape to Matakana. Have an early spring break and getaway, Just 45mins North of Auckland City. Plenty to see and do, or unplug, relax, restore and retreat.

Luxury Kiwi Bach with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a separate sleepout. The Bach has an equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, BBQ and north facing decks.

A relaxing rural retreat for families, groups, leisure or corporate. The Conference Lodge and venue is the perfect setting for corporate retreats, functions and special occasions.

Complete with tennis court, heated swimming pool (open from 1st October - Kings Birthday Weekend) and petanque court on site there is no need to leave.

Special conditions:
All Baches are identical - see interior layout sketch. Tariff is for 1 - 2 guests per night
Each extra adult is $60/night and children from 2-12 years $30/night.

Matakana - Nice Quiet Retreat

Had a great time, easy access to all local attractions including sculpturium and markets. Pool was heated, grounds well kept and units are all fairly private from each other. Could possibly have utilised a small stove/oven otherwise super helpful host and cosy getaway.

This is an awesome location, and an easy driving distance to Matakana. The quality of the property was awesome. The bathrooms were a little cold in winter, but otherwise it would have been 5 stars. We will be back.

Perfect peaceful getaway

Well equipped, classy and comfortable accommodation with incredible views overlooking olive groves and hills. Facilities were excellent, the kids loved the pool and tennis court.So much to explore nearby - Matakana cafes and shops, beautiful beaches. Perfect way to relax and unwind before Christmas.We’ll be back!!

Was a pleasant 4 day spent here over a very busy time of year. Was great to escape the hustle of Matakana each day. Great location near to lots of great beaches. Accomodation was cleaned daily and whilst showing age on places was very cleaned and tidy. Would highly recommend.
