1. Quiet time is at 11:00pm. We don’t have a curfew, but ask if you are coming, going or still up and about later than 11:00pm. This keeps things comfortable for everyone.

Our home is strictly non-smoking with zero drug use. Please smoke/vape outside only and dispose of waste properly. $300 fine if smoke is detected inside.
