This spacious 275 m² home is spread over two levels and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 3 TVs, and 1 kitchen.

On the ground floor, you’ll find: a spacious living area with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and TV. This room can be air-conditioned and features a fireplace.
On this level, there is also one master bedroom (180x200 bed) with an en-suite bathroom and a TV, as well as a large bedroom (160x200 bed) with an en-suite bathroom that also includes a TV. Since the bedrooms are not air-conditioned, they feature underfloor heating and cooling, just like the living area.
An elliptical trainer is also available for fitness enthusiasts in a room equipped with a guest bed.

Upstairs, you’ll find an air-conditioned bedroom with a private bathroom.
Each bedroom overlooks the south-facing terrace with a pool and unobstructed views.
The garden features a pool (unheated) surrounded by numerous lounge chairs and sunbeds, including two that are submerged in the water. On the terrace, there is a high table for enjoying meals and aperitifs with friends, as well as a small area with a coffee table.

One parking space is available on the property (others are available in the cul-de-sac)
