Furniture is quality,fresh and coastal.lounge room opens to front patio with great views of the beautiful Nambucca river and has air conditioning.Main bedroom has tv, ceiling fan and king size bed, second bedroom has queen bed,tv and ceiling fan. Three additional single beds in sleepout/sunroom. Short stroll to clubs and cafes.

Enter the lounge room that opens onto the front verandah with amazing views of the Nambucca river. Lounge has beautiful lounge setting ,tv,air con,ceiling fan.fully equipped kitchen ,dining has seating for 6,electric stove,microwave ,French door fridge freezer w ice and water ,complimentary tea and coffee.

bedroom 1 has river views, king bed,tv,ceiling fan,bedside tables with lamps ,tall boy and wardrobe.bedroom 2 has queen bed, tv,ceiling fan,wardrobe and bedside tables w lamps.sunroom/ sleepout has three single beds.

Bathroom has shower over bath and vanity,hair dryer. Toilet,shower,laundry accessed from sunroom/ sleepout.

Bbq located on back veranda which opens onto fenced back yard with clothes hoist,shade tree and outdoor setting

Family Home away from Home

Fantastic location and a great family home away from home to stay. Nambucca is a gem of a town to stay. The property was immacuate with the added bonus of a beautiful garden and river views. IGA is a close river walk and the beach is a quick drive around the corner. Five adults comfortably fit with lots of room and everything you need to cook and chill out. Prompt and helpful contact with the owners if needed.The Golden Sands pub had great meals and the trivia night was a lot of fun. Dave's seafood was also a great find with the best marinara mix to cook a big family meal.

Great location, very comfortable but could do with a little more heating as single reverse cycle air conditioner in living room is insufficient.Wi fi tends to drop out in early evening which was quite frustratingWife fell in love with the cushions.
