About the host
Hosted by Toni Fuller
I'm a Photographic Artist and Designer at Yummy Linen Bedding, married to a tradie - Refrigeration Mechanic and handyman. We have been gradually renovating our 1946 beach cottage since we bought it nine years ago. The space is relaxed and inviting and filled with vintage charm, like polished hardwood flooring, art deco wall cutouts, and some original light fixtures. Add to this my love of mid-century modern and vintage decor, and you will find a collection of kitchen wear and collectibles scattered throughout our home.
Why they chose this property
Stuarts Point has a flat/level topography made of sand. We are surrounded by water from wetlands, the river, and the ocean. Located on the Macleay Valley Coast, Stuarts Point is a quaint coastal village that grows Avocados, Mangoes, Custard Apples, stone fruits, native trees, and locally caught seafood—crabs, oysters, fish, and prawns.
Loved by retirees for the quietness, natural beauty and flat land, you won't find any nightclubs here!
We cater to adults who want and need to relax and unwind. Our kitchen is set up for cooking, and Wi-Fi and Netflix are included in the booking price.
Plus, we have just installed a dishwasher! YES!!
Always reach out if you want more info.

What makes this property unique
Once you arrive, you can park the car and walk to almost everything Stuarts Point has to offer.
We are only four houses from the local supermarket, butcher, takeaway shop, and chemist. Our location is perfect as we are across from the walk bridge to the beach, and we get a lovely ocean breeze at the cottage.
You can enjoy all the local birds that hang out in our garden and trees. Birders regularly visit our cottage, as we have a great viewpoint for watching them go about their lives.
