House was okay. Definitely isn’t a house that you want to hang out in all day. Had a few pots and pans but no silverware. Was very weird that a third of the house was locked, didn’t show this area in the photos though. Lawn was very over grown.
The house was everything described in the description on the website. No flares or above and beyond. Just an ordinary house. Had a couple issues but the host took care of them quickly.
House was clean and had nice updates. Host was difficult to communicate with, may have been due to a glitch on VRBO’s end? Location is central to all the JAX things.
This was a quick off shore fishing trip in Jacksonville. The house was in a good location to everything. The house got very hot in the bed rooms but hall way and living room was ice cold, no extra sheets or pillows in the home. The beds had No box spring so the breed sagged when someone laid in it. But over all it was a good stay for the short time we stayed there.

Dear Graham, I am glad you enjoyed your stay overall. I wish you have contacted me with your issues during your stay as we always have throws at the living room as in pictures and we also have extra blanket in the second room closet. I assure you if you looked close enough under each mattress, you would have seen a new box spring – Otherwise I won’t be in business with several properties. If the bed is low it does not mean there is no box spring. I am sorry you do not like the new expensive bed style with thin box spring!
**Avoid This Property at All Costs!**This was hands down the worst VRBO experience I’ve ever had. First, the check-in process was an absolute nightmare. The host provided no check-in details, and when I reached out to inquire, I was met with complete radio silence. After calling customer service multiple times, I finally received the check-in info *45 minutes late*—a frustrating delay when you're already exhausted from travel. When we finally got into the property, it was a disaster. There were dirty towels and items left behind by the previous guests, which made it clear the home had not been cleaned before our arrival. It was absolutely disgusting and felt completely unprepared for new guests. The worst part? The host was unreachable unless you called customer service, which added even more stress to an already frustrating situation. To top it off, there was a locked room with a smoke detector that beeped every 30 seconds—nonstop throughout our check-in. No attempt was made to resolve this issue, and the host’s lack of communication made everything worse. We ended up booking a hotel elsewhere and leaving after 3 hours of no communication from the host, or urgency to fix the issue. This host clearly has no business in hospitality or hosting. If you're looking to stay in Jacksonville, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This place is a complete letdown and will only cause you unnecessary stress.Other reviews reflect the same type of experience with this property.
Nice house on an extremely quiet street. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Well equipped kitchen. Owner responded fast to any questions I had. Easy self check in and close to everything.
We loved the home, had a great stay! Plenty of paper goods
(trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper) which is rare for a rental, but you will need to provide any spices you choose to use and extra pillows.
