The Space:

Windsor Cay Resort - Stay in this beautiful five-bedroom house with 5.5 bathrooms, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi. The house includes a main suite with a king-sized bed on the first floor, on the second floor you will find two bedrooms with two twin-sized beds, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and additional an bedroom with king-size bed. We provide 10 towels and a full laundry facility. Although Windsor Cay's resort some area are currently under construction. A Welcome Kit is included. The house is located near Publix, Disney, Premium Outlets, and Universal Studios. If you would like to add the pool heater, please let us know 48 hours before your stay for an additional fee. * Please be aware of Windsor Cay resort's parking policy: Vehicles must be registered upon arrival and only a maximum of 4 vehicles per house is permitted. No other vehicle will be allowed in for that property once the limit is reached. Vehicles parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in the car being towed.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house, including a game room and a private pool. Additionally, guests can enjoy the clubhouse and resort-style pool within Windsor Cay. Please note that some areas may be under construction. Parking is available for up to four registered vehicles per house.



The Neighborhood:

This charming family retreat is perfectly positioned in Clermont, a convenient base for exploring the Orlando area. From here, you can reach Walt Disney World in about 10-15 minutes, making it easy to enjoy the theme parks. Dining options range from casual eateries to more upscale restaurants within a short driving distance. For your shopping needs, the Posner Park shopping center is easily accessible (around a 10-minute drive), providing a wide selection of retail stores and dining choices. The neighborhood itself is part of the Windsor Cay Resort, offering a sense of community and access to resort amenities.



Getting Around:

Getting around from our Clermont retreat is a breeze. For those flying in, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 35-45 minute drive away. Parking is readily available on-site, with a maximum of 4 vehicles allowed per house; all vehicles must be registered upon arrival. Public transportation options are available, but a car is generally recommended for exploring the area and accessing attractions like Walt Disney World, which is about a 10-15 minute drive. The Posner Park shopping center is also easily accessible by car, about a 10-minute drive. Please note that vehicles parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and may be towed. Plan your journey accordingly for a smooth arrival and departure.

Important Details for Your Stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please provide a complete guest list with first and last names at least 24 hours before arrival. You must be at least 21 years old to book. Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 vehicles per house, and all vehicles must be registered upon arrival. The pool and spa heater is available for an extra fee; please request it at least 48 hours before your stay. Parties, smoking, and pets are not allowed. A small fee applies for deliveries. Interaction with Guests:

BOOKING YOUR STAY- We’re excited to welcome you! Just a quick note: you must be at least 21 or older to make a reservation with us. Please have a valid ID ready when you check in. If you don't provide your ID, we won't be able to complete your booking. BEFORE CHECKING IN- To help us prepare for your visit, please send us a complete guest list with everyone’s first and last names by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before you arrive. If we don’t have this, we won't be able to give you access to the resort.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



POOL AND SPA HEATER-

POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):

The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

The heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.



Important Notes:

•⁠ ⁠Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

•⁠ ⁠During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.
