STOP looking for alternatives! This is what you deserve. Welcome to Villa Levi-Style with original Levi-Style Art at Orange Tree... a unique villa that has just been renovated to the highest standards. This modern European-inspired-décor is ready for guests who expect the best and wish to have a holiday experience in luxury, without paying exorbitant 5 star hotel rates. It has four bedrooms (including two masters with King size beds) and three bathrooms. One baby bed and two high chairs are also available. When staying at the villa, you can expect nothing but the best.... flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and a 55' TV with soundbar in the family room, Apple TV, Music system in all rooms, Free Wi-Fi, fully air conditioned, ceiling fans in all rooms, fine linens, hotel quality towels and a fully equipped kitchen. What about two fully air conditioned (unique) game rooms??!! One featuring a pool table and an air hockey table. The other one a PS4 room with brilliant games. Enjoy the privacy of your south-facing pool and Jacuzzi with stunning view and a lot of privacy.... six sun loungers and shaded dining table under a big lanai with a cooling ceiling fan. It’s all about location and our Villa is set in a quiet community of Orange Tree close to all the theme parks in the Orlando area…..for example Disney is only 15 minutes away, Seaworld 20 minutes and Universal 25 minutes. The Publix Supermarket is only 3 minutes away and Wal-Mart 5 minutes….not to mention over 100 restaurants within a 15 minutes drive. Besides that you will have at Orange Tree community tennis, basketball court, soccer pitch and free access to orange groves for juice oranges during the season.

Our family of 8 had a great time! Everything was as described. We cooked most meals there and they had everything needed to cook full meals. I did not find any hot pads and that would be my only suggestion to provide those. Pool was wonderful and we enjoyed the large table both outside and inside for us to all sit together. We had early departure from our cruise and host allowed early check in which was great. Hot tub was not working when we arrived, however, within an hour of contact they came out and had running again and then had someone come out and check it on Monday. Lost power and again host let us know it was an outage in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Great place and communication throughout.

This house was such a great fit for our family for Thanksgiving. My oldest kid lives down the street and three others came from three different states, we had mostly adults and a couple of kids. The house is arranged so we had several seating options for separate groups to visit and catch up while some could be in the pool or game room.
