Fun and Sun is a brand new villa situated in Saint Jean.



Good walkers will go to the beach, shops and restaurants on foot. The long heated pool overlooks the pond and Saint Jean bay.



The fully equipped kitchen opens to the outside, where you can enjoy excellent meals in the shade of the covered terrace.



Two of the bedrooms are accessible by the living, the third one by the terrace. An air-conditioned office and a second small living room bring an additional touch of privacy for the inhabitants of the villa. 



Outside areas, the bar, the covered terrace, the living, and the outside kitchen are making this villa very friendly, perfect for lovely times with friends or family.



**This has 3 bedrooms and this is the 2 bedroom rate, upon arrival you can choose whichever bedrooms you like and the other bedroom is simply locked off during the stay. The entire unit is still private for your group**
