Dock: 40’ “L” shaped private pier with 3ft MLW. Electricity and water available for guest use.
Pool: Swimming pools are open from May 15 - October 15. Be sure to bring your own pool towels. Heat is available for an additional fee. Please contact us if you want to add this option.
Grill: Propane grill. Propane is provided.
WiFi: Please note that the rural nature of the area may limit data access. Some of our properties can experience slow internet speeds.

The property offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, comfortably accommodating three families with plenty of space for everyone. Everyone enjoyed relaxing by the pool, while my husband and grandsons especially loved fishing and catching crabs off the dock. The quiet neighborhood and exceptionally comfortable mattresses allowed us all to unwind and enjoy spending quality time together.

Was a good house enjoyed the pool felt that the grill could have been nicer and not enough recycling cans or garbage cans. One odd thing was that the pool cleaner could not be taken out of pool would go black

Great stay. Relaxing….quiet and clean. They were well stocked in kitchen, bathrooms and we were able to keep ourselves entertained and relaxed. We BBQ’d, made fire, played pool (while watching Netflix), swam, relaxed on deck and dock. Kids brought their pickleball and they played in the driveway. We played board games. Adults relaxed and got some R&R.
