Actual condo was great. Pool chairs should be cleaned more often with the mosquito issue. Especially for the weekend.

River Bend experienced an unusual summer of blind mosquito hatchings followed by spiders weaving enormous webs on any available surface to feed on the blind mosquitoes. Pest control methods and keeping the patio area clean were futile. The Condo Association Board decided to power wash all surfaces at the end of August after the hatchings receded. Evolve, who manages my rentals, notified all guests of this situation to allow them to cancel without penalty. I'm sorry that you had to experience this inconvenience.

This was our 3rd year staying in this unit. It's home away from home. The boat ramp is just out the front door!!! The salt water pool is just out the back door. The laundry mat is so close to this unit . It's very clean. We will be back next year!!!Reba Kowkabany

We had amazing time. This unit was very nice. We couldn't find the hair dryer or extra trash bags but other than that it was great. This is amazing place we have already booked for September!!!!
