Overall we had a great stay ... place was very cute and comfortable. There was a few issues we found ... mold in two of the bathrooms ... the pool needed to be cleaned ... the baseboards and door frames needed cleaned as well ... We called the host to get the pool light fixed for swimming at night ... that never happened. My daughter and her husband stayed in the Carriage House, She suggested that there needs to be a larger mirror in there to get ready ... she had to come to the main house to do her hair and makeup. Other than that, is was a great family vacation. :)

We had a great stay! We had a couple hiccups but the management company fixed them very quickly.

Very nice property and plenty of room. Outside accomodations were great. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Very nice and clean property, would love to stay again. Only thing i would change is the torn and worn out flag hanging up by pool. Should be replaced or removed. Perfect location and everyone loved the golf cart

They were great. The few issues we had were resolved quickly and efficiently. The listing did say parking was available for four, we had a hard time fitting our three vehicles on the property.

Very cute property! Looks good overall, but may need a few updates. The double bed was a bit uncomfortable. The kitchenette in the carriage house could have used some utensils and coffee cups. But overall, the house was perfect for what we needed!

Our vacation was M-Sa. We did not receive our house code at 4:00 as noted on the rules. The cleaning service was there and wasn’t finished until close to 5 pm. We are a family of 12 traveling from Missouri by vehicle - 7 adults & 5 littles. We arrived in Destin around noon and fiddled around and arrived promptly at 4:00 to unpack and enjoy our stay but found we witness delayed. Door code was not sent promptly at 4:00, cleaning service still there and had to obtain door code from cleaning service who spoke no English. Property needs a refresh. Poolside shutters on house were broken. Air vents were filthy. Some deck chairs had broken slats. Some shutter blinds inside were broken. The gas grill was unusable - rusted out grill and side burner covered with outside debris. We were told the grill would be taken care of on Tuesday. It wasn’t and did not. We are a grilling family who enjoys meals at home. The oven needs cleaning. Pots and pans were usable but could use replacing soon. 4 garbage bags for a weeks stay for 12 is not enough. Requested a few extra towels and received them - thank you. There is an outlet behind couch that was pulled out prior to our visit. We where told maintenance would be by on Tuesday to fix, never was fixed. Bunk room was great for the kiddos. Pool was clean. All queen & king beds need replacing-none were comfortable. Use of the golf cart was perfect. Great location. Everything was okay but not for the price. Too many hiccups and unusable grill.

Fantastic week at the beach. Beautiful home and guest house ,Handy location, golf cart a lifesaver for little ones. Loved the pool. Had everything we needed close to liquor store. Crazy that they ask to not cook seafood when in Florida?Only thing I would suggest is a spiral staircase so everyone could use balcony.

Upon arriving, the house was still so dirty we had to go to the store and buy cleaning stuff before putting anything down. Toilet and tub in main bedroom don’t drain well, says 3 kings but other bedroom in main house is actually queen and sunken in. Needs updated for sure. Pool much smaller than looks in pics and you are right on the corner of a main 4 way stop so be careful. Overall house convenient and carriage house quaint. Not sure I’d stay again.
