Nestled at the foot of beautiful Magpie Hill, a great spot to enjoy the birds life and meet locals out for a stroll. Apartment is light filled with afternoon winter sun, high ceilings, big windows, huge TV with Netflix, balcony has a doggie door. Shared Laundry, carport space for 1 x medium/small car.
