Welcome to this gorgeous fully renovated luxury home located in picturesque Sunshine Beach. This 2 level property has everything you need for the perfect Noosa escape. Easy walk to Sunshine Village where you will find corner store, cafes, bar, amazing restaurants and Surf Club. 5 minute drive to world famous Hastings Street and main beach
The space
This spacious Sunshine Beach home has just been fully renovated with high end Coastal luxury in mind. This home flows over two spacious levels so there is plenty of space for two couples or families with older children. The property is tucked away at the end of the complex and is surrounded by lush tropical trees for privacy. There is a courtyard to the front with bean bags for early morning coffee and reading. The front door flows into a beautiful living area with comfortable couch and smart TV. The modern kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatable pod machine. Full laundry facilities and powder room are also on this level. The kitchen area flows to a private courtyard with alfresco dining, Weber BBQ and sun umbrella for those warm Noosa days. The courtyard is surrounded by beautiful native tropical plants and foliage. The property is fully air conditioned.
The first level of this home is dedicated to the two spacious bedrooms with queen beds and air conditioning as well as the huge modern bathroom. The master bedroom has a balcony with a leafy tropical garden view.

The undercover garage is very narrow so you may feel more comfortable parking outside on the street which is free and always available.
U1 and U2 share the same set of stairs which leads to the front courtyard of U1.
Children
As this property is two levels with a balcony off the master bedroom, we recommend this is not suitable for children between 1 and 8 years of age.
***NB***
Renovation works at Unit 5 will commence on Monday, 1st September, with completion anticipated by 8th December. We are unit 1 so we are not directly beside.
Work hours will be between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
