The host had fantastic communication and the amenities were amazing. We were instantly relaxed from the minute we walked in to the house and enjoyed every minute we were there.
Loved the property, want one just like it!! Location in amongst the trees was perfect as was the pool and leisure area. So close to the beach and the tavern/shop for supplies and the owner was so great with instructions and updates. Thank you for a great long weekend away.
Fantastic house for the 10 of us and 1 baby, we had a ball, the leisure centre was incredible and the kangaroos. All amenities were amazing, definitely booking again.
We had a fabulous time staying at Noosa North Short The house was perfect for the 7 of us adults. Very spacious and comfortable and just as advertised. A real getaway from it all.
We will definitely be staying there again.
This beautiful home was perfect for us and our family to stay all together.
Lovely and peaceful but within a short walk to the hotel and leisure centre for the kids.
Rod, the owner kept me well informed with all the information we needed and if you are looking to get away with a small group I would certainly recommend this home.

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay in out piece of paradise.
We really enjoyed the location. The house was big enough for all of us with plenty of space. We needn't have bought coffee pods because there were some there.
Open space with lots of room to accomadate my whole family, grandkids included. House was amazingly stocked with basics and the whole setting in bushland was very relaxing. (Hubby reckons he is retiring there). Pool was great to spend many hours at. Would recommend the place 100%

Beautiful Setting
We had a lovely stay. Everything was clean and we'll maintained. My only suggestion would be a few more toilet rolls for a 2 night stay. And maybe some dish washing liquid for small wash up jobs. We would definitely stay again.

Thanks for the feedback. These suggestions are very helpful to ensure we provide all that you need. We will certainly implement both of your suggestions.
Amazing home, so comfortable and such a peaceful location.
Fully equipped, space for everyone, fabulous leisure centre. Loved it! Thank you for all of your little touches.
Feeling very relaxed.
A fabulous house to rent with friends. Very clean and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen. Loved the location and facilities. My only suggestion would be a second fridge. With 10 people in the house, one fridge is not enough.

Great spot but……
The cleanliness & state of linen in the house was very poor given the amount of money I paid for 2 houses

Thanks for the feedback Claire. We only manage one house and work very hard to ensure everything is high quality, including the best linen, as demonstrated by our long history of reviews. . It would appear the second house you booked may not have been up to standard but regardless I am sorry you did not get the experince you were looking for.

Not like the pictures
On first arrival everything seemed great. Then we realised we couldn't get signal on the tv & we had no hot water. Rod was quick to sort out the problems. The rooms were tidy but the covers weren't clean. The furniture at the property is very tatty and uncomfortable, the outdoor lounger was broken. The dining table had a tablecloth physically stuck to it with some sort of film. When we got up in the morning we noticed our bananas had been eaten by something, we looked under the kitchen sink and found cockroaches which we sprayed, but then a huge rat ran out from behind the dishwasher. It was then we started noticing the rat droppings.
We requested cleaners come out and mop etc as we had young kids crawling on the floor but no one came out.
The showers had no water pressure and changed from hot to cold at random. The bedroom downstairs had no curtains so it was impossible to sleep in past 6am.
There was only one house key which made it hard as the front door locks as soon as it's closed. There were 10 of us staying.
The facilities in the complex were great, just a shame the property wasn't to match since it's supposed to be 5 star. Especially since we paid a high price.

Hi Sarah Thanks for the comments. I am obviously disappointed that the weekend did not turn out. The water problems related to a tank running low, which blocked the filters and of course therefore no water pressure, which impacts on hot water. It happened twice in a row but is now fixed. The vermin issue as we discussed is distressing. The rat was a bush rat that comes from a house being in such a private setting. I did organise the cleaners and was told they attended so I apologise again for their tardiness. We use contract cleaners so your feedback has now resulted in a complete overhaul of that service. The furniture is of high quality, but if some of it is worn we will now replace it. All cushions and covers have already been replaced since your stay. We rely on feedback as we don't get there often. Thank you again for letting us know - I do appreciate it. Regards Rod
What a beautiful stay! Rod was lovely to deal with, the place was beautiful, clean and really well maintained. We absolutely loved and enjoyed ourselves and will be definitely rebooking again!
