Open kitchen and living room. Great for your large family gathering. Located on the southern most point of the lake. Close to Margaritaville, the dam, Holiday Marina and several boat launches. Located in deep water cove by Lanier Harbor. Single slip dock included. Close to 400, 85, and 985. Minutes to Margaritraville by boat or car.

Georgia native who has owned this home for over 25 years. My love of outdoors, I have expanded to a 14 acre farm in Cornelia and wanted to share this beautiful property with others.
Why they chose this property
I moved to Buford 26 years ago and have loved living here. Waking up to the lake view from the front and back yard is never taken for granted. This is a peaceful street where people walk and walk their dogs - so drive slow :)
What makes this property unique
This is a spacious entertaining home that we rebuilt from a small 800 square foot lake house. Has views out the front and back. Gentle slope down to the dock on a deep water cove that is full of activity during hot summer days.
