Good size for our family travel. The house was easy to find, with good parking at the back. Kitchen reasonably equipped for basic traveling meal prep. House was very warm and too hot for a hot day though, especially in main room. The whole house only had one fan available, no aircond to use, and no built in ventilated circulation.

Tidy, well presented, accommodating host. We didnot know how to operate the thermostat which was uncomfortable as it was very very hot. However host provided a fan, which helped cool one room.

The property was great, very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic for our needs. It would be great if there was a couch or comfortable chairs in the communal areas so you could relax and socialise together, and the rooms were very light in the morning, particularly in the big bedroom that only had shade blinds, no curtains. Also an iron would have been great!

Family reunion weekend

Worked well for our family of seven, 3 generations. Compact efficient spaces, warm, very clean, great shower, loved the under floor heating, no dust pan and brush. A bowl for microwave cooking would be useful

Very close to Greenlane shops.Was very clean and access was easy.I was surprised that only one room has a wardrobe to hang your clothes up. Two of the rooms had little space other than the bed.And there was no comfy lounge chairs to sit in. Only benches and dining chairs.We also looked everywhere for the recycling bins, but couldn’t find them.But it was clean and tidy. No other issues.

House was nice and in a great location. Really enjoyed being on a lovely street, yet close to supermarket and train station. Host communication prior to trip was great. However, some supplies within the home were minimal. Only one hand-towel for 6 adults to use over 3 nights/days. While there were two bathrooms, only one had a hand-towel and there were no spare towels at all. We ended up washing the one we had on the second day just to get us through. Also there was no tea towel supplied. We used paper towels to dry some delicate dishes that we didn't want to put in the dish-washer. Toilet paper ran out. We bought some more at the local garage on Christmas day.The host had offered his phone number but we just solved the above issues ourselves. This home will be a definite 4 star if the above items were better stocked.
