Great place, very central location, very well equipped for a family, the hosts were really helpful and great to communicate with, would definitely recommend and stay here again.
A great place to stay for the family. Hand to the city and public transport. Onsite parking was a bonus.Hosts communication and responsiveness was fast friendly and extremely helpful. Would stay again. highly recommended!
Was a great stay, mostly close to everything, beds were comfy, kitchen well equip and nice touch with coffee machine although could do with a milk frother/heater.Trains were quite noisy if you were not used to noise at night, aside from that was excellent location.
Convenient to the waterfront and the University of Auckland. Perfect for our group of four. Hottub was devine after working all day!

Great base for central Auckland, was what it was advertised as. Good to have a park included. The process for checking in was a nightmare. The hosts kept trying to get me to log into a portal outside of book a batch that wasn’t working. They did provide the information over book a batch in the end but it felt very difficult.
The property is in a great location for access to city centre or Parnell village. Ideal layout for different age groups. All the amenities you could need plus the bonus of a spa. Welcoming hosts.
Nice place, good layout, good location. Nice hosts with good communication. Missed a request for the bed to be split into singles from our initial booking but no issues really.Only downside is it’s very noisy from the city metro trains that are running all day and the housing complex is on a corner for the train tracks, so you do hear the screeching wheels every 5 mins as a train goes past.
Very nice flat. Had everything we needed and very comfortable. Good location for the price. It wouldn’t ve been nice to be closer to CBD but it would’ve cost a lot more.
Everything was good, expect for the welcoming of mozzies due to window open. We were warned about small garage (we had large car), do it was no surprise.
Perfect for our short stay in Auckland. It is right on the train tracks but we only saw one cargo train in the time we were there and we couldn't hear it. Narrow flight of stairs from the entrance up to the living area, and another flight up to the bedrooms. The car garage is wide enough but short if you have a large car. This was clearly explained in the property description. Short enough walk to the wharf and CBD area.

We arrived late afternoon and found we couldn't fit our car in the garage- that was quite stressful then trying to find a car spot, which we then had to pay for. A couple of times we were able to find a spot in the common carpark, but this was not reliable. Also the train noise was quite significant and went well into the night plus early morning- unfortunately, this meant the stay wasn't very restful.
