Tiny House on the Hill I Couples, stargazing
W.O.R.D Permit- L1350
Welcome to the Tiny House on the Hill—your charming New Braunfels hideaway nestled in the heart of Texas Hill Country. Thoughtfully designed and full of cozy character, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom efficiency offers a peaceful escape that’s perfect for couples or friends looking to unwind, reconnect, and soak in the natural beauty of the area.
Step inside and you’ll find a bright and welcoming space styled in a modern cottage aesthetic, complete with clean lines, shiplap accents, and all the comforts of home. The main bedroom nook features a plush queen-sized bed that invites you to sleep in and savor slow mornings. The private bathroom offers a walk-in shower, single vanity, and everything you need to freshen up after a day of tubing or exploring.
The living area features a comfy leather sofa, perfect for relaxing with a good book or streaming your favorite shows on the wall-mounted TV, which swivels for easy viewing whether you’re lounging or curled up in bed. The dining space comfortably seats up to four guests and is adjacent to the efficient kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and drip coffee maker—ideal for simple meals and easy mornings.
Outside, enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the screened-in porch, or step into the small fenced yard where you’ll find additional seating and space to enjoy the fresh Hill Country air. Up to two well-behaved dogs under 35 pounds are welcome to join you for an additional fee, making this the perfect retreat for your furry travel companions.
Whether you’re stargazing under the clear dark skies, spotting deer and foxes in the early morning, or just enjoying the serenity of the surroundings, you’ll find peace and quiet in this family-friendly neighborhood.
Though it feels worlds away, you’re just minutes from local attractions—5.3 miles to Whitewater Amphitheater, 5.1 miles to River Sports Tubes, and a quick 25-minute drive to the historic charm of Gruene Hall.
The Tiny House on the Hill is small but mighty, with thoughtful touches throughout and a location that offers both tranquility and adventure. Come for a weekend or stay a little longer—you’ll leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
