Inside, discover a haven of refined comfort, featuring an open-concept layout, sophisticated furnishings, and newly updated floors.

The gourmet kitchen, complete with granite countertops perfect for casual dining, flows effortlessly into the spacious dining area. The inviting living room, with its comfortable seating and large flat-screen TV, opens to a screened lanai offering captivating views of the surrounding beauty and the gentle Gulf breezes.

The luxurious primary suite features a king-size bed and a private en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub. A second well-appointed suite also offers a king-size bed and a full bath. Your beach path allows for effortless access to the renowned Captiva shoreline, perfect for shelling and sun-drenched days.

This exceptional home comfortably accommodates up to four guests and requires a minimum two-night stay.

Important Notes

Private Management
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.

Beach Gear
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit.

Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.

Storm Impacts
Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay.

Pool Closure
The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026.  This closure is expected to last one (1) month. The other two pools at the Beach Villas will remain open and available to guests. One is in front of the 2300 building, and the other is in front of the 2500 building.

Great location and amenities. Walking distance to beach and most of the Captiva restaurants. Easy check-in and check-out. Heated pool. Condo included everything that we needed, except beach gear that we were able to rent through VayKLife. Beach gear was dropped off before we arrived and picked up after we left. Plenty of parking and easy to get vehicle in/out of guard station (condo is part of South Seas resort).

The amenities were great. But the bedroom window shades were worthless. They had an outside loght that shown into the bedroom. No curtains only slates. It was like daylight in the bedroom. Worst nite ver trying to sleep. The next night we stuffed a comforter over the window, it helped some. Not sure why they had no curtains to block out the light.

Captiva getaway

The place and property was great! We cooked every day and you had everything we needed to do that. The very short walk to the beach was a nice change! And lots of wildlife right behind the room! We loved it. My finance just rebooked for the last week in August! Thanks for making us feel welcome and comfortable!

Our Host was the best communicator in 10 years of using VRBO. We had two issues. The back sliding door to the condo would not lock. First night it was a little concerning but we gradually felt comfortable. Secondly, the bedroom window is in the front of the condo, and right next to the out door lights for three other entrances. Those four lights were so bright when trying to fall asleep, it was like there was a train engine headlight parked in front of our window. . Primarily a design flaw, but could be fixed with dark drapes , or custom shades. We also didn’t like getting shut out from the amenities offered by South Seas, the resort community that owns the tip of Sanibel Island. . This condo is mutually exclusive with the them. Only way around that is to rent directly through them. We ate all our meals out so we never used the kitchen. As a 50 year expert on renting vacation homes, and having rented from Hawaii to Krakow, Poland, this place is right in the middle of my personal grading system. Cheers to the Host who made every effort to please us. Happy New Year to everyone!

Host was very attentive to our needs and the villa was very clean. There was maintenance work in the area, but not a disruption nor inconvenience. A wonderful farmers market just outside the gate with numerous delicious items. A beautiful beach for miles of walking and shelling. Would definitely go back!
