This beachfront unit has just been renovated from top to bottom. Every square inch from the floors to the doors to the furniture, appliances and the $5000 Prana Sleep mattress!

The ocean views from this unit are breathtaking.

Includes your own private Golf Car! This beautiful beach front unit is located within the South Seas resort grounds. Enjoy some of the continents most spectacular ocean sunsets right from your own private balcony.

The property was recently purchased and has been completely renovated from top to bottom. The floors, doors, kitchen, bath, appliances, furniture, bedding, linens, mattresses for an ultra modern look. The unit includes access to washer and dryer, the unit has a pullout sofa and a murphy bed enabling the unit to comfortably sleep up to 5 people.

The unit will be fully stocked with a 4 seater golf cart and all beach amenities.

This is a private residence within South Seas resort. You will not have access to the main resort pool. There are gorgeous condo pools within steps of the unit.

You will have access to all Captiva has to offer by golf cart - Mucky Duck, Bubble Room, Doc Fords, Green Flash, Starbucks etc.

Condo was nice and clean as well as the property. Only complaint would be there is nowhere to put groceries. All of the cabinets were full and the pantry was locked. Had to leave groceries out on the counter all week. Other than that, it was nice.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Marcus’s condo in Captiva! The location is outstanding, and the views are absolutely amazing. Marcus is an exceptional host—responsive, professional, and proactive. He goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are well taken care of! It’s obvious Marcus takes great pride in his property and providing a first-class guest experience. View was amazing, watched the sunset from the balcony most evenings. The place was clean, and had beach chairs and shelling tools there to use as well as an umbrella. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay!

We loved this condo and property! It comes with a golf cart. It is in a gated area. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. It has a washing/dryer, coffee pot, and espresso machine, fridge, stove, and many other amenities. 2 pools on site. Short walk to the beach. Beach is almost private. Tennis courts. Marcus is a wonderful host with great communication. It’s just an amazing place to stay, especially for the price! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay for one week. The unit was clean, largely as described, and located in a prime location facing the ocean. Loved the view!! The check-in procedure using a coded lock on the door was great and meant there was no need to keep track of a key during our stay. The availability of a golf cart for use during our stay was a real positive and one of the main reasons for selecting this property to rent. Although I only had a few instances to communicate with the host, Marcus, these communications were prompt and answered questions. The kingsize bed and pillows were comfortable, making for good night sleeps. I found the bathroom to be very small with no grab bars around the tub. Getting into and out the bathtub was tedious for older adults. This fact was the only significant complaint I had. It would have been nice to have had a guide to the TV. There were many, many channels available, but somewhat difficult to navigate the system.

The condo is beautiful. Spotless and in a perfect location. The sunsets from the comfort of the balcony were AMAZING!! The golf cart was a wonderful addition. We went to all of the restaurants and grocery store, everywhere in the golf cart and it was so much fun!!! Thank you very much Marcus, we will be BACK!!!!

The Most Amazing Vacation

This unit is perfect for an island getaway. The home was spotlessly clean, stocked with all amenities one could need, the view was breath-taking, and Marcus was a perfect host. This location is perfect for easy access for all that Captiva has to offer. Additionally, having the golf cart was a HUGE plus! Highly, highly recommend this property.

Anniversary trip time to unwind

We have stayed on this property before and enjoyed it immensely. Only negative was that the elevator was out of service. An item in which the property owner had no control over.
