This beachfront unit has just been renovated from top to bottom. Every square inch from the floors to the doors to the furniture, appliances and the $5000 Prana Sleep mattress!

The ocean views from this unit are breathtaking.

Includes your own private Golf Car! This beautiful beach front unit is located within the South Seas resort grounds. Enjoy some of the continents most spectacular ocean sunsets right from your own private balcony.

The property was recently purchased and has been completely renovated from top to bottom. The floors, doors, kitchen, bath, appliances, furniture, bedding, linens, mattresses for an ultra modern look. The unit includes access to washer and dryer, the unit has a pullout sofa and a murphy bed enabling the unit to comfortably sleep up to 5 people.

The unit will be fully stocked with a 4 seater golf cart and all beach amenities.

This is a private residence within South Seas resort. You will not have access to the main resort pool. There are gorgeous condo pools within steps of the unit.

You will have access to all Captiva has to offer by golf cart - Mucky Duck, Bubble Room, Doc Fords, Green Flash, Starbucks etc.

View was amazing, watched the sunset from the balcony most evenings. The place was clean, and had beach chairs and shelling tools there to use as well as an umbrella. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay!

We loved this condo and property! It comes with a golf cart. It is in a gated area. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. It has a washing/dryer, coffee pot, and espresso machine, fridge, stove, and many other amenities. 2 pools on site. Short walk to the beach. Beach is almost private. Tennis courts. Marcus is a wonderful host with great communication. It’s just an amazing place to stay, especially for the price! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

The condo is beautiful. Spotless and in a perfect location. The sunsets from the comfort of the balcony were AMAZING!! The golf cart was a wonderful addition. We went to all of the restaurants and grocery store, everywhere in the golf cart and it was so much fun!!! Thank you very much Marcus, we will be BACK!!!!

Location was stellar. If the weather is bad the view is still fantastic, Parking is close. The elevator is great for suitcases. Bathroom is snug but they have made the most of the space available. Nice built in drawers for clothing in the bedroom. Bed was comfortable, nice pillows. Ice cube trays froze fast to provide a good ice supply. Multiple coffeemakers.Close to the pool and beach. Large pool. Nice boardwalk to the beach. The golf cart is fun for zipping around Captiva and makes parking a bit easier to find. Condo has a supply of beach chairs, cooler, towels, umbrella. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a little beach store and Island store nearby for anything you might need. Lots of restaurants to try off the resort. There is a nearby cruise marina off resort. This condo is located within the South Seas Resort. However, this condo provides no access to resort amenities such as water park, beach loungers, restaurants inside the resort. If you realize that going in, you will be fine. The bedroom fan makes a noise, maybe the blades are off balance? If you use earplugs it is no problem. The A/C is a bit loud, but works great! The keypad on the door was much easier than using a key.Perfect for two, can't speak to the extra beds in the living room. One living room chair was scratched up badly but was still comfortable.We would rent it again. Owner was prompt to answer questions. The other tenants were pleasant and children well behaved.

The Most Amazing Vacation

This unit is perfect for an island getaway. The home was spotlessly clean, stocked with all amenities one could need, the view was breath-taking, and Marcus was a perfect host. This location is perfect for easy access for all that Captiva has to offer. Additionally, having the golf cart was a HUGE plus! Highly, highly recommend this property.
