Very disappointing. Host needs to improve on cleanliness. Carpets were dirty, baseboards dusty,dirty, bedding was not clean. Pillows were stained/unclean. The pool was not clean and the main reason I rented. There are rodents outside. We only had 3 washcloths for a 4 bedroom house and took 4 days for host to send more. Very low-budget experience. Would NEVER come back or recommend.

Nice equipped place. Communication good and quick response. Grandkids loved the pool on the back patio. We also visited the country club pool and it was great! Only thing I would suggest is to bring a few extra towels.

Everything was well took a minute to get the TV in order, but they assisted us in that with no problem will recommend to a friend

Property is exactly as described and shown in pictures. We were there for a week. Location is pretty good... it's 5 minutes to I-4 so easy to get to/from the parks or other locations. My only reason for not giving a 5 is that we did have someone enter the property without notice... it was someone associated with the rental and thought the property was vacant. Easy mistake, but certainly not one you want to happen while renting a private home. Outside of that, everything was great!

HelloWe did a weekend getway before our kids returned to school. The homes was nice and spacious but but the beds wasn’t clean they had hair and stains on them we also had bugs in the bathroom and saw a few in some of the beds. We reached out but because it was late they was no help and didn’t even show up the next morning to correct it I called the next day and a guy stated he would call back we never heard from him. Oh and the owner I’m assuming asked later and sheet sizes. Never again for us

The process to check in was very smooth. The owners provided check in instructions and visuals which helped a lot. They responded fairly quickly to any questions I had throughout my stay. The beds were very comfortable! I would love to know where the comfortable set was brought from in the Master Room so I can get one for my own home lol. Overall great stay. My family and I enjoyed it thoroughly!

Really only our evenings were spent at the house. The area Champions Gate was very nice. Not general close to shops. The was nice. Bathroom and kitchen looked recently updated. Bedrooms were nice and adequate. The exterior needs some work. Pool needs resurfacing. Looks like algae build up on surface but no algae. Overall experience was good. Would recommend home.

Loved the house. It had everything and was perfectly furnished for our family of four. The clubhouse, pools and gym are such a bonus. It felt very safe. Great communication, too. I would recommend!
