Our stay was great! The house was spacious and the location is close to resort pool. The host was easy to work and quick to respond. We had an issue with the air conditioning and it was fixed the same day. The resort is also a wonderful added extra with no additional fees. I would definitely stay here again!

Family of 4 adults visiting parents/grandparents

We were in Florida to celebrate Christmas with my parents brought our adult children 18 and 21. This property had plenty of space and made everyone feel comfortable. We heated the pool and enjoyed that along with beach volleyball at the community center. My parents were able to visit with us two of the days we were here and enjoyed so much needed family time

Relaxing Villa

This is a beautiful, spacious home within a short walk to the Oasis Club. One really nice perk of this property is the pool/spa. The host was responsive when notified of any question/issue. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

This property is a nice spot but it’s in need of some TLC. We really enjoyed the area and the pool/spa heating worked really well but pool guy was only there once during our 2 week vacation which was at the halfway point. Most things that we didn’t like were minor things but overall we enjoyed our stay.

House had decent amenities. Location was perfect. House could have been cleaner, AC didn’t work upstairs, coffee machine was broken, BBQ was in rough shape, pool lights didn’t work, appliances were all a little dirty and we discovered a large number of ants inside the house. Overall the house layout and location was perfect, but the house needs some TLC.

Great Property

This is a fantastic property. The mattresses could use to be upgraded and alarm clocks could be installed (I just used my phone!) in the bedrooms but all in all I don’t have anything negative to say about our stay. We really enjoyed the pool area, and the place was relatively cleanly. Communication between the management company was fantastic, which was greatly appreciated. I think if they could get a few new mattresses, and some alarm clocks, this place would be golden!

Pool disappointment

This property needs some TLC. The biggest disappointment was we paid for a week of heated pool & after multiple emails & phone calls informing them it was not working & being told ot was heating normally. A pool guy came mid week & sure enough it was not heating & needed to be fixed. We finally got a good temp the day before lefy

Gas grill listed in amenities and not there.Host said we could pay 85 to get one?When I explained it was listed as being there, they said had been removed. I asked why was the grill listed in amenities and asked them to get one for our planned cookout. The said they couldn’t get one?No trash cans were available either.House was nice over all.

ChampionsGate stay

Stayed 3 weeks. Furniture was not comfortable and did not look very clean. I brought a spare blanket and covered it. Had to call about the carpets and a few other things that were subpar. My husband got the sweeper out (fixed the plugged hose) and swept them. Filling the canister up 2 different times. The picture shown shows a house with garage when in fact it was a villa - no garage. We do enjoy this area, but also know that the traffic outside of resort is terrible. So you have to plan lots of extra time to go anywhere.

Just returned from a fabulous stay at this villa. The villa is a great size and spacious, was the perfect size for our party. We had an issue with plumbing within first few days but was rectified quickly by the management company and within a few hours a maintenance guy was round to sort the problem. The villa could do with a lick of paint, the carpets although clean, are tired and old. The outside area was great, however again a few things that are in need of repair. There had been a leak of some sort and some paint work hanging from the ceiling, this didn’t bother us but think this should have been sorted before we arrived. There was no net to clean the pool but someone did come to do this during our stay. There are plenty of spare pillows which was great however no spare bed linen. However there were plenty of Bath and pool towels in each room which was great. Really liked the gated entrance and the whole complex is well looked after. Close by to a few supermarkets and lots of restaurants. All info about check in/out, door entry, wifi etc, arranging car passes was all done in advance with ease, great communication throughout! All in all a great 2 week stay at this property for our party of 6 adults and 1 child! Would definitely stay here again.
