Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear the house was clean, though I’m sorry the hot tub was not in the condition it should have been. I take that concern seriously and will be following up with the vendor responsible for its maintenance to help ensure this does not happen again. The tree work mentioned was taking place on a neighboring property and was outside of my control, but I understand how that could have impacted the peaceful stay you were hoping for. The cabin is also located in a wooded, rural setting, so the unpaved access road is part of the property’s surroundings. I appreciate you sharing your experience and wish you had reached out during your stay, as I would have been happy to help with anything within my control.
