At Cozy Cottage our goal is to help your family make lasting memories.
Take your morning cup to the deck or walk to the pier and enjoy a beautiful sunrise.
Make breakfast in the modern kitchen and then plan out your day. Will it be walking the beach path taking you to many interesting Winnipeg Beach points or go for a swim at several local beaches. There are many restaurants nearby from simple fair to more upscale dining. The town of Gimli is a short 15 minute drive north and has many dining options as well as museums, art galleries and harbor.
You may choose to play family games outside or quietly read a book or do a puzzle in the sunroom. We have several family games to choose from and puzzles for adults and children.
At diner or lunch there is a propane BBQ for your use and also a firepit to roast hot dogs or marshmallows. Make some popcorn, watch a movie on the large screen TV or enjoy the night sky from the deck or wander down to the Pier to catch the northern lights and stars.

Born in Winnipeg and having spent many happy summers on the beaches of Lake Winnipeg and surrounding area, I returned and purchased this cottage where my family has had many happy memories.
Why they chose this property
The proximity to the lake and the swimming pier is a big plus. The community is made for cycling and walking. Venture onto the short historic hiking trail to see many historic cottages and other features.
