Very generous with milk,bottled water,toilet paper,body-wash etc.I shower in a morning and both Friday & today Monday had a cold shower as no hot water.We had to boil jug to wash the dishes.Could do with a radio or small t,v.Found windows dripping in a morning,needs good ventilation.Had a musty smell on arrival.Bed very comfy,nice and private and quite.

Wow so sorry re no hot water - have never had that issue before. Will talk to others re the need to keep length of shower down to reasonable time

We are positioned just 2 mins walk from the Orewa estruary and 10 mins walk from Orewa. Easy walk to the many restaurants and bars in Orewa.
