45 minutes from downtown Auckland, spacious apartment for 1 or a couple with child (extra bed sofa in lounge) in a quiet cul de sac with your own driveway, few steps from beach. Either 1 minute drive around or out the door and steepish steps to beach, reasonable fitness required to access the beach.
Walking distance to Dairy, Take aways, restaurants, Café, Pharmacy and Medical Centre, Tennis courts, public gym, 4Square etc. Short drive to surrounding beaches, boat ramps, vineyards, golf, restaurants, regional and sculpture parks and 15 minutes to Warkworth, Matakana, weekend markets, cinema and further to Omaha, Leigh and Goat Island

Very hospitable hosts

Good locality, handy to beach and walking distance to shops. Plenty of books and games to keep entertained on a wet day. Very comfortable bed and quiet neighbourhood. My 4 year old grandson loved the cats and Annete and Robbie! so friendly.

Great hosts

Great accomodation with everything you need, included. Robbie and Anette were friendly and very helpful with the boat parking situation. We were even offered some free ferns! Maybe next time!

Beautiful location and home

We had a wonderful stay, we were greeted so kindly by Robbie and Anette (Zac and Bonnie). The home was well equipped for us to make breakfast and lunch. The pull out sofa was easy to set up quickly also. So close to Snells Beach which was lovely during high tide and plenty of beaches nearby. We frequented the local bakeries and restaurants which were all conveniently nearby. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Tradies in Snells beach

Great for us, as tradies working in the area. Great to be able to have the dog too. Only 1 downside was found the bed a bit hard
