The house was very clean and nice. It had plenty of kitchen items and lots of extra towels and bedding. We appreciated having purified water and many coffee options with the coffee machine. The only negative thing was the jets on the jacuzzi tub did not seem to work. Other than that the house was perfect.

From the owner: “I wish I had known about the tub. We clean it between guests, but admittedly don't fill it to check the jets because it's never been noted as a problem previously. I'll get it figured out and fixed.”
Check-in was a breeze. Home was beautiful and very comfortable. Lots of time was spent in the kitchen, where everything needed was supplied. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!...3 senior friends, 2 of whom had not seen each other in 60 years!
Very nice accommodations. Spacious, quiet neighborhood. Loved the gazebo, but wished we wouldn't have had to go thru the garage to get there, as the patio screen is off track and appears to be hung up on the railing. Other then that, great place

I totally removed the screen door in the interim. There was wheel damage on the screen door where it engages the bottom track that will necessitate a total replacement. Thanks for letting me know.
Everything was great except the sliding back door was unusable, extremely hard to open, and the handle actually broke. The host came out immediately but could not fix it during our stay. It was actually no big deal, we just used the garage door to access the backyard. he also helped us connect to the Wi-Fi. The home was supplied with everything you need, all we had to buy were groceries. Very nice neighborhood with shopping very close by. We would definitely rent this house next time we’re in the area.

This was an awesome place with a beautiful fairway in the back yard. It had all the amenities that were in the listing and even more. The kitchen was well supplied - right down to aluminum foil, a variety of coffees in the freezer, creamer and several tea varieties. The decorations and general ambience made us feel at home with cushions, sets of depression era glassware, knicknacks and many other extras that you don't usually find in a short term vacation rental home. The expectations for check in and checkout were clearly spelled out for us a couple of days before we arrived. My wife and I, who spend up to 100 days a year in similar vacation rentals, were impressed. This would rate among the top three spaces we have encountered this year. Bravo to Mike and Jane!!!! Well done.
The house was very nice and clean. They left coffee and water for us which I thought was very nice and check in and check out was super easy. Would stay there again.
This house is fully equipped with ANYTHING you might need. The extra touches made our stay so pleasant: hand soap, coffee, paper towels, etc. these don’t seem like big things, but they’re not usually included in VRBO stays & they make a huge difference! The house was so homey & cozy and we enjoyed our stay immensely!
