Everything was GREAT, including the beautiful deer playing in the yards around the property and all the fall colors of the trees. Exceeded our expectations. Thanks.
Perfect weather. Easy directions. Quiet and peaceful. Don't forget to feed the deer! Balcony was nice but a little chilly, even for me, to sit out but we were on the road most of the time. Kitchen well equipped. Keurig was convenient. Electric fireplace was cozy. Big TV.

Girls Get-A-Way
We loved the place! It was the perfect accommodation for our trip. We were out shopping or exploring every day and ate out for all our meals at great restaurants and cafés. The kitchen was well furnished if we had wanted to cook and we enjoyed the Kuerig coffee maker and the complimentary K-cups for morning coffee. Everything we needed was provided from linens to books, tvs and cards.
Yearly girls trip to the area. Had a wonderful time. The rental was very clean and the contact person was very prompt and friendly. We will be back again.
We really enjoyed our stay! The location was quiet and scenic. The apartment had everything we wanted! Lots of kitchen supplies. Great TVs and the beds were so soft.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view from the upper balcony is breathtaking. I'm sure the view from the lower balcony is just as wonderful when the trees are bare. There were deer that liked to visit in the evenings too. The beds in both rooms were extremely comfortable for us (not hard or too firm). The kitchen is well stocked and the fridge had extra condiments. The only complaint is the metal chairs on the balcony were chipping paint, but that is something that could easily be fixed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay again in the future.

Fantastic Stay
Myself and a friend throughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. We spent a lot of time away during the day exploring and at a local music fest. At the end of the day, both beds were comfortable with plenty of nice linens. Bathrooms were roomy, showers hot and refreshing. The entire premise was clean and well kept. The views from the upper deck were out of this world.
The place looked just like the pictures. We had to clean the bathrooms and the kitchen before we could start our vacation. They were disgusting. After that we had a great time. Maybe i should charge Vrbo a cleaning fee.

From the owner:"Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us, Linda. We're glad to hear you ultimately had a great time and that the property matched the photos. We take cleanliness very seriously, and it’s unfortunate that you did not feel the property met your expectations upon arrival. However, we were not informed of any concerns during your stay, which would have allowed us the opportunity to address the issue promptly. Prior to your arrival, the property was thoroughly cleaned, including a personal inspection to ensure it was in top condition. Our cleaning team also spent additional time ensuring everything, from linens to surfaces, was spotless. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to strive for excellence in providing the best experience for all our guests."

The Little House on the Bayou for the win!!!’
This place and the people who own and rent it are beyond expectations. The house has everything you will need. And very high quality facilities equipment and furnishings. Where it really matters (e.g., towels) —very very high quality. The home is clean, warm (or cool) spacious and comfortable. You will find games to play, books to read (in front of the easy-on-no care fireplace) and plenty of TVs. But it is so well-situated, it is unlikely you will be housebound for long—unless you want to be. Google is available to settle bets, check the weather and if you are lucky enough to stay here long enough—remind you what day it is. If you are looking for a place in the area, this would be a great “no regrets” choice.Nothings gone wrong, but my emails and texts to the owners (real people) have always made a great visit exceptional one. (Yep, I keep coming back!!)

The best little place! (Just don’t book when I want to go!)
Start with the hosts. Real people, really nice people, really nice people who communicate effectively, pleasantly and openly. And they do everything (reasonable) to ensure a positive experience. Add to that very comfortable beds, luxurious towels, plenty of hot water and every kitchen fixin’ you can imagine—and you have a pretty perfect place to stay. Convenient to “ The Farm”, the metropolis of Beaver, and so much natural beauty you won’t lack for things to do in the land or in the water. Lots of information about what to do if you end up here without plans.
This home blew us away! It was gorgeous and very clean. It was very spacious for our family of six and included everything we needed for our stay. There were toys, tons of books, Wi-Fi, 3 TVs with various streaming options, a baby gate, high chair, and so much more! The flip book that the hosts provided was a nice touch that gave some great options for tourism and eatery in the area. We loved the keyless entry and distance to the parking area. Tons of wildlife in the neighborhood including deer and a friendly raccoon. Such a great space with friendly hosts. Definitely recommend!

Great time on Table Rock Lake
We visited our son and grandkids for a few days. Our stay on Holiday Island was a perfect location; close to the marina. The rental unit was spacious and clean. Parking right in front. We loved our stay.
