The 2023 Lahaina fires impacted several buildings on the northern side of Puamana. Fortunately, this home and the entire southern side of Puamana were completely unaffected. In addition, two Lahaina grocery centers (Safeway and Foodland Farms), the famous Old Lahaina Luau, and four popular restaurants (Ocean Tavern, Mala, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle) are all open and operating—just a 10-minute drive away.

The property is clean and private. From the upstairs you can hear the ocean from one of the bedrooms. the location is central to many island activities. The surrounding area is lush and quiet.

Perfect gated community, we would wake up and watch the chickens run around, walkable to the beach which has great waves for surfing and boggy boarding. The kitchen had everything which was great because we were able to save some money by buying our own groceries and cooking at the Condo. We loved the living room and dining area, we watched movies with the family almost every night. The beds were really comfortable and the two rooms were nice, we put the girls in one room and my wife and I stayed in the master. Ohhh and the beach equipment was so nice an helpful. I would stay there again and I am already thinking about how much we miss the beautiful place in Muai. Thank you for sharing this home.

If you like the pictures of this home, you will like this place. We really enjoyed staying at Puamana. The home was equipped with everything we needed and it made our stay most enjoyable. The location is fantastic. Close enough to great beaches and restaurants, yet away from a busy atmosphere. We would definitely recommend staying here to our friends.

Great location

Super convenient to Lahaina, close enough to shops and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood with mature tropical landscaping. Townhouse is a little older but has modern updates. Do stay here if you don’t want all the hassles of a mega resort.

Great location, beautiful condo and super awesome owner!

We were two couples visiting Maui for the first time. We all couldn’t believe how wonderful Annie was and how clean, comfortable and convenient the location is, not to mention all the amenities Annie provided! We would all HIGHLY recommend staying here. If we come back we definitely will!!!

First time to Maui

This rental is great. If you are looking for a family friendly location this is for you. At least .5 mile of private beach, 50 steps from the door. Close to town / grocery shopping. Full size laundry. Very well equipped with coolers, full kitchen, memory foam bed. Great host!

Hawaii family vacation

The whole family enjoyed our stay on the property. The location gave us easy access to other parts of the island. Low key property serves as an antidote to the resort frenzy else where. As noted the property is exposed to road noise which we acclimated to pretty quickly. Annie was always available through our stay. We would definitely come back.

Home Away From Home in Paradise

The home was perfect and exactly as advertised. Any amenities you could need or want were provided, right down to umbrellas and coolers for the beach. Everything was very clean and the AC on both floors was much appreciated on those warm days and nights Annie and Chris were in contact several times to ensure everything was going well and if we needed anything at all. We hope to stay at this amazing home again soon!

What an incredible property. Annie was a fantastic host and made our entire stay flawless. Puamana is a hidden gem on Maui’s East side with private pools, beautiful grounds, and a beautiful private beach. A well stocked kitchen and clean unit acted as our home base throughout our stay while we surfed, swam, and explored all of Maui. We will absolutely be coming back to share this beautiful place with others

Beautiful condo in a wonderful community

My family's stay at Puamana Nani was absolutely incredible. The home is beautiful and has everything that you need to make your stay wonderful, from a kitchen with all of the appliances and supplies you would need to beach towels and beach chairs to the most comfortable beds. All of the furniture and art is the best quality, and we were so happy to have a getaway in such a well done home. It is right across the street from the beach, so you can wake up and take a walk along the shore or go surfing in its multiple surf spots. The home is also just a few minutes away from the children's pool and adult pool that sits right next to the ocean. We enjoyed our stay so much, and we will definitely be coming back!

Finally able to relax.

For our first post pandemic trip, we lucked upon Annie’s place. It is a beautifully decorated space and very clean. The beds and linen were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Annie was the perfect hostess. She checked in on us to make sure we had settled in. Instructions were clear on how to check in. There was also fresh fruit waiting for us on arrival. WiFi was strong. Would definitely go back, thanks Annie!

This was our second time staying in Puamana and we were not disappointed! The location is perfect! The condo was very well decorated and well-stocked with everything needed to cook. There were plenty of towels too, in addition to beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. We love how convenient it is to access the beach right across the street. My son surfed there every morning and we boogie boarded. We were warned about the noise from the highway, which at times could be loud, but ended up running fans to drown out the noise, so it really wasn't an issue. Annie is an excellent host and very good communicator! We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing. Stayed at 3 locations on our trip. This was our absolute favorite! Highly reccommend.

Location awesome. Accomodation amazing. Had everything you need and more. Arrived to fresh fruit and basic amenities such as oil, vinegar, condiments, spices and coffee. Also had all the things you might need on beach including chairs, towels and cooler bag. Patio and front and back with BBQ on back patio. Gated community. Grounds beautiful. Multiple pools. Walking distance to Lahainia. Great location for west and central Maui. Annie checked in regularly and was tremendously accommodating and helpful. Would not hesitate to reccomend this property to others and would absolutely go back!!
