Step into your serene, light-filled apartment, thoughtfully designed for modern comfort and relaxation. This stylish space blends function with elegance, providing an ideal base for up to four guests.

• Highchair available upon request for families.

Bedrooms & Bathroom:
• Master bedroom: Plush King-sized bed with stylish grey tufted headboard, high-quality linens, and block-out blinds.
• Second bedroom: Comfortable Queen-sized bed with light-colored furniture, high-quality linens, and block-out blinds.
• Pack 'n' Play/travel crib available for families upon request.
• Main bathroom: Convenient shower-over-bath combination with excellent water pressure, fresh towels, and complimentary essentials.
• Separate toilet for added convenience.

Laundry:
• In-unit laundry area with a washer and dryer, with detergent supplied.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom apartment, including the private balcony. Additionally, guests are invited to make the most of the fantastic shared, on-site resort facilities:
• Sparkling outdoor swimming pool with loungers
• Fully equipped indoor gym with various equipment
• Outdoor tennis courts (rackets and balls are provided for your use)
• Secure, dedicated parking space for one vehicle is included. A second space may be available upon request; please inquire before booking.

Interaction With Guests:
The host provides detailed self-check-in instructions for a smooth and independent arrival. While interaction is minimal to ensure guest privacy, the host is readily available to assist with any questions or needs that may arise during your stay

Other Details to Note
• Self Check-In: Detailed instructions for accessing the lockbox, parking and property will be sent prior to your 3:00 PM check-in time once the required pre-arrival steps have been completed.

• Guest Registration & Guest Agreement: Before arrival, the primary guest is required to confirm their contact details and electronically sign the Muriesh Stays Guest Agreement. This confirms the booking details and outlines key property information and house rules.

• Identity Verification: For Booking.com reservations, the primary guest named on the reservation is required to complete a brief identity verification before check-in. Verification must be completed by the person named on the reservation who will be staying at the property.

• Refundable Security Deposit: Booking.com reservations require a A$350 refundable security deposit authorisation hold. This is a temporary hold on the guest's card and is not an additional accommodation payment. The hold is scheduled 3 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure, provided there are no outstanding charges or damage. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to make the funds available after the hold is released.

• Check-In Information: Property access details, including directions and the lockbox passcode, will be provided once the required pre-arrival steps have been completed and closer to the arrival date.

• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: These requests are subject to availability and the cleaning schedule. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Additional fees may apply.

• Extended Stays: For bookings longer than three weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean is included. This service can be arranged for shorter stays for an additional fee.

• Accessibility: Please reach out before booking if you have any specific accessibility needs. We will do our best to accommodate you and ensure your stay is comfortable.

• Safety: The property is equipped with smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit for your safety and peace of mind.
