Right on the city doorstep of Perth is 101 Mounts Bay which will give business people and families access to all the interest and excitement of the city. This unit is part of Peppermint Tree Lodge Properties. We are in the Nesuto Mounts Bay Apartment complex.
For the business person requiring close access to the CBD, and in particular, to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC), we are ideally placed just 200 metres away. So close for delegates, presenters and attendees. We are also less than 300 mtrs from Chevron and Woodside, the Mount Hospital and associated medical suites so we are ideal for visiting staff and executives and families. There is an on site restaurant for breakfast and they do room service dinners on request. For families, the unit is close to the Swan River, Kings Park, Public transport and the city.
We are also about 150 mtrs from the Mount Hospital so this is an ideal place to stay if you have a loved one needing treatment there.
101 Mounts Bay is a spacious fully furnished two-bedroom apartment with a generous balcony, full-sized, well-equipped kitchen. There is one free private secure parking space under the building. The balcony of this first floor unit has outdoor dining and lounges and is accessed by lift. The unit is air conditioned and fully equipped for all your needs. It sleeps up to four in complete comfort with 1 queen-sized bed in each of the two bedrooms. Perfect for 1 or 2 business persons, one or 2 couples or a small family. One or two extra children in cots is possible and we have a cot available.
We are a minimum of 3 nights stay. Get in contact with us. Our standard pricing is for up to 2 persons with extra guests $35 per person per night. An extra secure car bay may be made available for a fee and early check in or late check out may be arranged depending on other bookings. Fees will apply. Inquire with us directly once you have booked if any of these options may suit you.

You are close to city restaurants, the growing small bar scene. 101 Mounts Bay is ideally placed for walking along the banks of the beautiful Swan River and also for accessing the internationally acclaimed Kings Park. For those of a very athletic nature you are close to famous Jacobs Ladder (2 minutes) and the Kings Park Kokoda Trail (5 Minutes) popular with fitness enthusiasts. You have immediate access to Perth's extensive cycle path networks. Bring the bike or you can hire one!
The walk or run around the Swan River can give you a 9 km loop or more depending on choice of walk/cycle path.
Public Transport and access to the city and surrounds
Whilst a walk to the heart of the CBD takes less than 10 minutes, there is a bus stop outside the unit complex. We are also in the Perth Free Transit Zone so all the buses are free within the City. The Elizabeth Quay Busport and Rail Terminal are within 300 mtrs and give you access to the entire Perth metropolitan area. From the bus terminal you can connect to the Perth Free CAT Bus network which will take you around the Perth CBD including the Perth Cultural Precinct, Museum, Art Gallery, the Northbridge restaurant and niteclub area. It also takes you to the Perth Bell Tower and the Swan River Ferry Port which gives easy access to the Perth Zoo and ferries to Fremantle and our famous Rottnest Island, a recommended visit.
These CAT buses (City Area Transport) are a great way to see Perth for free and is a great way to initially get your bearings in the City.

We are Grant and Shelley McPherson. I (Grant) live in the next block across from 101 and can usually be of quick assistance if you need me. I work in the city 4 days a week. Usually at the weekends Shelley and I are at Peppermint Grove Beach 2 hours south of Perth. We run accommodation, Peppermint Tree Lodge, down there so you may wish to combine your stay at 101 with a stint down at Peppie Beach, not far from the Margaret River wine area.
Shelley works both in Bunbury and in Perth as a Speech Pathologist. We live a somewhat peripatetic lifestyle, joining the the relative quiet of the country and the restaurants and exciting facilities of Perth.
Why not talk to us about staying at 101 and then heading down south to Peppermint Tree Lodge to enjoy the south West of WA.

Why they chose this property
We originally purchased the 101 Unit for our children to stay at whilst they attended university. One went to UWA about 10 mins by bus and about 15 mins on safe cycleways. Our other child went to Murdoch Uni which is about 15-20 mins by car or bus. We have had a number of people stay to settle their children into the various WA universities.
We love our city fix as we spent a few days a week in a unit in the next block to 101 Mounts Bay so we enjoy the restaurants and the walks by the Swan River. Most weekends we head south 2 hours to Peppermint Grove Beach on Geographe Bay with Ocean views and a touch of quiet. We also have holiday accommodation down the so why not think about continuing your stay with at our Peppermint Tree Lodge accommodation and the wineries and enjoy the beach.
We love our city fix as we spent a few days a week in a unit in the next block to 101 Mounts Bay so we enjoy the restaurants and the walks by the Swan River.
