Gorgeous PEC Century Home with Private Hot Tub. Pets Welcome!
Gorgeous PEC century home in Picton. Walk to Main street restaurants, shops and farmers market. A short drive to Sandbanks, steps from the Millennium trail for biking and hiking and a large relaxing hot tub to enjoy after a great day in Prince Edward County!
Pets are welcome! Yard is fenced in and secure.
Parking for 3 cars on site.
Electronic access - no key required. Your private code will be given to you - unique for your stay.
Hot tub uses "Mineralux" brand Bromine and is immaculately cared for and sanitized each week on Sundays by our "hot tub concierge".
Hot tub is Bullfrog brand R series 8 X 8 and is only 1 year old. It fits 6, has a waterfall and lights at night. Its temperature can be controlled as you wish. Right now it’s a therapeutic 102 degrees. I do stretching, relaxing and “Hot Tub Yoga”! All children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver at all times. No glass near the hot tub.
3 Bedrooms, 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds for kids, 2 baths, living room has "Samsung Frame" TV with Netflix, Crave, Prime, Apple TV+ apps installed and a working fireplace, dining room, Sonos Bluetooth speakers, (a second 55 inch flat Screen TV can be set up in kids room or other bedroom should you wish). A screened in front porch, washer and dryer, AC with eco bee controls, 1.5 baths, spectacular kitchen with RO filtered water and walk out to deck and hot tub, gardens and fenced in yard for safety and security. Pets welcome! A family friendly quiet place. No smoking of any kind on or in the property.
